In 1996 AUO Engineering Co., Ltd. collaborate with Sumitomo Densetsu to engineered & supervised the Asahi Sada factory plant in Bangladesh and work for supervision of TCRSS Rolling Steel Plant in Bangsaphan, South of Thailand for Thai Semcon local office of Sumitomo, in year 2000, AUO Engineering has changed the company name to Gamma Engineering Co., Ltd. founded by highly energetic professional engineers in Thailand and who came from many various engineering & constructions fields including trained in other foreign countries.

In the past decade, Gamma Engineering, led by Mr. Andreadis Abella & engineering technical staffs' has successfully completed many projects and all projects are typically runs 50% repeat business for existing clients.

In year 2004, Gamma Engineering awarded for the full turn-key for Sosuco Cogeneration plant, a Siam Cement group company to saves energy ceramic production and successfully completed.
